Welcome Creative Spirit Customers
Effective immediately, all Creative Spirit's support and maintenance requests will be handled by the Customer Support Team at Spincaster Productions Inc.
***Please note that all requests for technical support (excluding Spincaster's Web Hosting and Newscaster service) are subject to a minimum fee of $60.00 ***
Because we are not yet familiar will all of Creative Spirit's websites, applications and programs (i.e. Control-c) this minimum fee covers the cost for Spincaster to get familiar with your website/application, determine what the issue is, determine the cause of the issue, and provide a cost estimate for resolving the issue.
If you feel that you should not be charged to have your support request resolved, please contact Dean Landstad at Creative Spirit (dean@creativespirit.bc.ca) otherwise please proceed with your request by opening a new ticket below.
